UK returns are free. Please fill out your return details using our online returns portal:

If your return is being made within the 30day return window then your request will be approved automatically and you will be sent a Collect+ returns label.

We do not offer free returns for orders outside the UK. To organise a return please follows these steps:

1. Use our online returns portal to submit the details of your request. 
2. If you are returning within the 30day returns window your request will be approved automatically. If not, then please contact our support team.
3. Finally please ship your return to the following address:

We strongly recommend that you choose a recorded or tracked service as proof of postage will be required in the event of a return being lost.

You have 30 days to return an item for exchange or refund from the day it has been received.

It is crucial that items are received back in their original condition in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. This means that garments must be returned unworn, with the tags attached. If this condition is not met then our team reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange request.

Returns will usually take 1-3 working days to be processed once received back. During busy periods this may take longer, but if you have any queries then please don't hesitate to get in touch.
