Will my order ship from the UK?
Yes. We stock and ship everything from our distribution facility in the UK, so if you are ordering from the UK then there will be no additional tax or duty charges.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The majority of orders will ship within one working day. You can find more info about our delivery services on our shipping page.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships you'll receive an email notification with a tracking link.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If more than two working days have passed and you have not received a shipping confirmation then please visit our contact page and send us a note so we can assist further.
Is my personal information kept private?
We do not store or share any personal details with any third parties.
Can I have a VAT receipt?
Bikini Culture is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not included in any of our sale prices and we therefore cannot provide VAT receipts at this stage in time.
What is your returns policy?
We operate a free returns & exchange policy for all UK orders. The returns period is 30 days and you can find out more on our returns pages.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Normally a return will take 2-3 working days to reach us. Once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will take 1-3 days to show in your bank statement.
