Top Tips for a St Tropez Getaway!

One of Bikini Culture’s favourite spots for a weekend getaway is St Tropez on the Cote D’Azur.  Days spent on sun drenched beaches, afternoon cocktails at chic bars and party the night away the South of France way.

The Crème de la Crème have been coming the St Tropez for years and as a result it has  created quite the reputation for itself so if you ever find yourself drinking rosé on Pampelone Beach here are a few extra ideas.

Sénéquier; a quintessentially French restaurant with its red awnings and set right at the front of the port in Saint Tropez this restaurant is the perfect sot for some afternoon people watching. They do possible the best aperol sprtiz, not to mention they are served in giant fish bowl glasses and their t=strawberry mojitos aren’t too shabby either. Come here any time of the day for a light bite and a few bevvies.

Moorea plage; one of our favourite beach clubs not just in France but possible the whole world and yes that is a big call! It has some of the most wonderful Mediterranean food and the place is filled with gorgeous chic people. Both party and family friendly we think this is a great spot for a relaxed boozy lunch or an afternoon sunset party.

Place des Lices; a gorgeous market full of fresh French produce- olive oil, lavender bags, garlic, fruits and vegetables as well as clothes and jewellery. Only on Tuesdays and Saturdays so put it in your diary and watch out for Karl Lagerfield and Pamela Anderson who are both regulars in this part of town!

Indie beach; a hippie chic beach club set down the end of Pampelone beach this one is a real treat. Hidden from any tourists you’ll be able to sip a mojito and lunch on grilled meats and wood fire fish in the company of many locals and the chic French. It has a tropical vibe and a super relaxed but trendy feel so throw on your swimmers and head down.

L’escalet; situated on the South side of Cap Camarat, L’escalet beach is a small stunning beach which despite its remoteness has everything you would need for a day out! There are a few amazing snack vans nearby where you can pick up a 6 Euro Panini or a cheeky bottle of rosé. Escalet, with its translucent waters and golden sands is worth the trip, trust us!
