In 2015 university student Tara Jane began her now multi million dollar bikini business in the laundry of her parents home. Instead of travelling the world like her high school friends, she decided to invest all her money, which was $10,000 at the time, into designing her very own label- TJ swim, and look where she is now!

She struggled to find high cut, Brazilian style swimwear for herself, of high quality, which is what pushed her into the swimwear market. Her goal was to create a range of simple, seamless and flattering cosies that make her customers look and feel their best.

Her designs are created herself and hand made by a local manufacturer in Bali. She uses special fabrics and detailed designs to help differentiate herself from the other countless bikini brands available on the market and has also recently expanded the size range to empower women of all shapes and sizes.

Now at 23 years old she has turned her small investment into a multi million business and sells her minimalist designs to girls all over the world including the likes of Chrissie Teigan and Rosie Huntington Whitely.
